At Primof Funnel Marketing Solutions LLC, we want to make your Cancellation or Refund as easy as possible. Cancellation or Refund Request must be mail to cvinson@funnelprimo.com within the specified period depending on the products or subscription you purchase on our website.
Once we receive the Primof Funnel Marketing Solutions refund notification, we will inspect your requests and notify you that we have received your Cancellation/refund request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting your request.
Conditions for Cancellation or Refund Approval:
For our Software Purchase, you have the grace of 3 days after your payment was charge and approved to cancel your purchase and request for a refund if you are not satisfied with our software. However after 3 days all software purchase are final, and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For our Courses, or Membership subscriptions you have until 21 days after your purchase to cancel your membership, and request for a refund. However, after 21 days all purchase is final and cannot be cancelled.
For VA services, we're usually paid per hour for our VA services and a refund would only be settled if the amount of work was unfinished on the promised time.
If your refund or cancellation request does not meet the above criteria, please submit a ticket using the "Cancellation & Refund" option. Tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the request in a state that does not meet our Cancellation/Refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund.
If your Refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The deposit will be refunded to the Customer in full amount should the Refund be Approved by Primof Funnel Marketing Solutions. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have received and processed your Tickets.
